Chicago Rib ShackWe’re incredibly excited to be bringing our delicious ribs, burgers and authentic tastes of the states to the Gipsy Queen, transforming the beautifully cosy banquette seating and lovely interior features into a proper Rib Shack smokehouse!

Our original recipe has not changed since the day we started and it never will. Our meat and pork for our ribs are carefully chosen by our Executive Head Chef, Thomas Kiss, smoked over applewood chips for a minimum of six hours in a wood burning oven at 107°C. Kissed by smoke, licked by flames. We only serve the best to produce our unique and subtle smokey flavours.

Tables are available without booking, but we’d always advise to book in advance as things can get quite busy!
