Chicago Rib ShackWe’re incredibly excited to be bring the Chicago Rib Shack’s delicious ribs, burgers and authentic tastes of the states to the Gipsy Queen, transforming the beautifully cosy banquette seating and lovely interior into a proper Rib Shack smokehouse!

The Chicago Rib Shack original recipe has not changed since the day they started and it never will. Their meat and pork for their ribs are carefully chosen by their Executive Head Chef, Thomas Kiss, smoked over applewood chips for a minimum of six hours in a wood burning oven at 107°C. ‘Kissed by smoke, licked by flames’. The Rib Shack only serve the best to produce their unique and subtle, smokey flavours.

Tables are available without booking, but we’d always advise to book in advance as things can get quite busy!
